I first blogged about this project in December of last year. Since then Detroit has gone bankrupt, but California cities have all remained solvent.
I am now pleased to announce that the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission has published the final version of our report. It can be found at the link below.
Overall I am very happy with it. This is mainly due to my intelligent and hard working co-author!
